Mr. Caswell manages the Exterus Technology for Business sales force. He is also the Account Executive for Burlington and other Major Accounts. He began working with Xerox in 1992. Prior to that he owned and operated a health, tennis, and racquet club in Pittsfield, MA. Mr. Caswell holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Champlain College and a BA (dual major) in Economics/Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
Ms. Morgan has over 20 years of experience in sales and customer service. She previously worked as a Xerox Manager handling major Xerox Accounts in Vermont. She has additional experience in the Travel Industry as an Account Executive for many years. Ms. Morgan is a specialist in Customer Service.
Mr. Pilcer leads the sales efforts in the VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) marketplace. Mr. Pilcer comes to Exterus Technology for Business with over 25 years of experience in sales, business development and customer service. Prior to joining Exterus he spent the last 5 years responsible for the sale of mail room equipment to the business market throughout the state of Vermont. Previously, Mr. Pilcer spent 9 years in Washington, DC working in the Internet industry helping Fortune 100 companies like Kellogg's, National Geographic, M&M Mars and Mercedes Benz to develop and implement their first generation corporate web sites. Mr. Pilcer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Vermont. 
Mr. Sherwin has been with Exterus (formerly Vermont Document Company) since its inception in 1999. Prior to that he was a Sales Representative with Copytek. He has over 13 years of Xerox sales experience and takes pride in his ability to work alongside his customers to give them the best solution that fits their needs. Mr. Sherwin holds a BA in Marketing and Computer Information Systems from Johnson State College.
Mr. Swider has over 5 years of sales and fundraising experience. Prior to joining Exterus, he was in business development with Global eProcure in New Jersey. Mr. Swider holds a BA in History from Seton Hall University, NJ.
