He has 20+ years experience in electrical and electronic equipment repair. Mr. Humphrey holds an Associates degree in Electrical and Electronic Technology and B.S. in Mathematics and is an author of various technical and academic articles.

Mr. Blessing graduated from The New England Institute of Technology with a BS in Computer Information Systems, and has achieved numerous certifications, including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Administrator, Certified Novell Administrator, and Comptia Server+/ Compaq APS Proliant Servers and desktops. He was formerly an owner and Vice President of Mach One Computers.
Mr. Dupoise joins us from the Metro Washington, DC area. Having been with Xerox for over 11 years he was part of the team that had the responsibility for servicing clients such as the Mellon (Carnegie Mellon) Estate, Quantico Marine Corps Base, FBI Training Academy and CIA Headquarters, just to list a few. As an Analyst for Toshiba, his clients included several buildings on Capitol Hill and others throughout Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia including Conservation International. Mr. Dupose has family in Middlebury and Shelburne.
Mr. Humphrey is an experienced applications programmer with PDI+ CompTIA certification, an authorized Platform Specialist in LaserJet and DesignJet Technologies and is certified on numerous HP DesignJet, LaserJet, ColorLaserJet, InkJet printers, and several Xerox Phaser and WorkCentre printer series. 
Mr. Ibaugh graduated from ITT Technical Institute with a BS in Information Security. He has also achieved numerous certifications including Cisco Certified Network Associate, Comptia Security+, Comptia Network+ and Comptia A+.
Mr. Scott has extensive experience and training in Microsoft Desktop, Server and networking products and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer specializing in Microsoft® Exchange Server™ and Outlook. His MCSE certification is in Windows 2000 and he is a Hewlett Packard Accredited Systems Engineer.
