Tim Williams, President
Mr. Williams has lived in Vermont for his entire life building and managing multiple businesses within the state. He graduated from the University of Vermont and worked for his family business, Copytek Office Products, an office supply company started by his parents. He became President of Copytek in 1992. In 1996, Copytek was purchased by Boise Cascade and Mr. Williams worked for them for two and a half years, until taking ownership of Vermont Document Company (VDC), a division of Copytek that Boise did not acquire. Mr. Williams also owns Mesa Contract, Inc., which designs and manufactures office furniture, and Exterus Business Furniture, a contract furniture dealer.
Wright Caswell, Partner, General/Sales Manager
Mr. Caswell manages the Exterus Technology for Business sales force. He is also the Account Executive for Burlington and other Major Accounts. He began working with Xerox in 1992. Prior to that he owned and operated a health, tennis, and racquet club in Pittsfield, MA. Mr. Caswell holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Champlain College and a BA (dual major) in Economics/Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
Sean O'Connor, Partner, Senior Systems Analyst
Mr. O'Connor has served as Project Manager and Senior Systems Analyst for Exterus Technology for Business since January 2001. Prior to that time, Mr. O'Connor was employed by Xerox Corporation, where he was a Senior Systems Analyst, since January 1989. While at Xerox, he developed strategic and long-range solutions for client business workflow as well as supported the Sales and Technical operation to ensure meeting or exceeding business goals. Mr. O'Connor currently holds a Master Degree in Management of Information Technology as well as numerous professional certifications including, but not limited to MCP, MCSE, MCDBA, MCNE, CCA, CCEA, CCSP, CCNA, CCNP, and PMP.
Kim Conner, Marketing Director
Ms. Conner has been Marketing Director at Exterus Technology for Business since April of 2006. This role includes company marketing, events and ad development, proposal development, sales support, publication design, web design and development, as well as providing various administrative support to project managers. She was previously employed at Delaney Meeting and Event Management as Marketing Coordinator, managing the design of event materials, web design, tradeshow coordination, client communications and numerous other tasks. Ms. Conner graduated from U.V.M. with honors in May 2004, with a B.A. in Psychology and minors in Applied Design, and Consumer and Advertising.
Maruice (Mo) Humphrey, Systems Engineer
Mr. Humphrey is an experienced applications programmer with PDI+ CompTIA certification, an authorized Platform Specialist in LaserJet and DesignJet Technologies and is certified on numerous HP DesignJet, LaserJet, ColorLaserJet, InkJet printers, and several Xerox Phaser and WorkCentre printer series.
He has 20+ years experience in electrical and electronic equipment repair. Mr. Humphrey holds an Associates degree in Electrical and Electronic Technology and B.S. in Mathematics and is an author of various technical and academic articles.
Will Metro, Senior Systems Engineer
Mr. Metro is an experienced Network Engineer with 15 years of experience in the IT field. Before joining Exterus he was responsible for the overall administration, maintenance and backup of Agingnetwork.com, serving 5000 users over the web. His duties included designing, budgeting and installing all upgrades and additions to Agingnetwork's Citrix Farm and SQL backend and designed and maintained their HIPAA compliant Disaster Recovery plan.
Mr. Metro has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and recently completed his Vertical Wave certification.
Mark Sherwin, Account Executive
Mr. Sherwin has been with Exterus since its inception in 1999. Prior to that he was a Sales Representative with Copytek. He has over 15 years of Xerox sales experience and takes pride in his ability to work alongside his customers to give them the best solution that fits their needs. Mr. Sherwin holds a BA in Marketing and Computer Information Systems from Johnson State College.
Dan Swider, Account Executive
Mr. Swider has over 5 years of sales and fundraising experience. Prior to joining Exterus, he was in business development with Global eProcure in New Jersey. Mr. Swider holds a BA in History from Seton Hall University, NJ.
